One of the best parts of YAPC was meeting fu offline! She is tiny and short and adorable, and it really is a minor miracle that I didn't pack her in my suitcase to bring her home with me.

She's shorter than I am, and I'm 5'2.

Dreamwidth is full of REALLY SHORT PEOPLE. Seriously, it's like a sea of short women, then a handful of really tall people,.

That's really nice to know (and really funny if you think of what a group picture would look like). It's not that uncommon to be as short as I am in my country but sometimes it feels like I'm surrounded by giants, especially since most kids at my school are taller than I am :)
